672g lamb fillet cubed
large onion; chopped
1 green pepper; deseeded and chopped
392g can of tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
1. Heat oil in pan and brown meat place in casserole dish.
2. Fry onion and pepper until soft add to the casserole.
3. Place rest of ingredients in casserole and cook until meat is tender.
4. Serve with rice pasta or jacket potatoes.
