Lamb chops with rosemary and lemon recipe and books

So you would like to know how to make Lamb chops with rosemary and lemon recipe! It is not hard, follow the steps below and enjoy your own creation. Check our books section as well!


lamb chops with rosemary and lemon

8 lean lamb chops
25g butter
garlic salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tblsp fresh rosemary or 1 tbsp dried rosemary
juice of 1 lemon

Put the chops in a ovenproof dish
Top with knobs of butter and add garlic salt and pepper
Sprinkle with the rosemary and squeeze the lemon juice over the chops
Cover the dish with foil and cook in a preheated oven 200C 400F gas mark 6 for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for a further 510 minutes till the chops are tender
Serve garnished with extra sprigs of fresh rosemary and lemon wedges if liked

This Recipe Serves 4

If you don t like rosemary substitute it with crushed garlic
