Ligurian fish casserole recipe and books

So you would like to know how to make Ligurian fish casserole recipe! It is not hard, follow the steps below and enjoy your own creation. Check our books section as well!

250g spaghetti
150g canned tuna flaked
200g smoked halibut boned and flaked
150g canned mushrooms drained
225g tomatoes sliced
150 ml soured cream
150ml milk
2 eggs
50g grated Parmesan cheese
salt pepper garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about10 minutes until just tender.
Drain.
Butter an ovenproof dish put in half the spaghetti.
Add the tuna in a layer then the halibut then the mushrooms.
Arrange the remaining spaghetti on top of the mushrooms.
Top with the sliced tomatoes.
Whisk the soured cream milk eggs and Parmesan together.
Season well with salt pepper garlic powder and parsley.
Pour over the fish and spaghetti mixture.
Bake at 200C/400F/gas 6 for 30 minutes.
