Baked sour fish recipe and books|

8 boneless portions cod (or any firm white fish)
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon mango powder
4 tablespoans dried breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
Marinate the fish in the chilli powder tandoori masala ginger and garlic pastes and salt for 5 minutes.
Mix the mango powder and breadcrumbs.
Then arrange the fish on a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle the sunflower oil over.
Bake in a moderate oven (180c/350f/gas 4) for about 20 minutes or until the fish can be flaked.
Serve hot with a salad.
Can be served as starter.
