Beef strogonoff recipe and books

So you would like to know how to make Beef strogonoff recipe! It is not hard, follow the steps below and enjoy your own creation. Check our books section as well!


beef strogonoff

448g beef fillet
28g butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion finely chopped
3tbsp beef stock
1tbsp malt vinegar
seasoning
168g button mushrooms finely sliced
125ml soured cream
fresh parsley finely chopped

Cut meat into thin strips and fry in butter and oil until browned.
Remove meat from fat and fry onion.
Add stock vinegar seasoning mushrooms meat and brandy.
Simmer until meat is tender approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Add cream just before serving and garnish with parsley.
Serve with rice and green vegetables.
