A quick side dish to accompany any grilled or pan fried meat

1 tablespoon groundnut oil
3 cloves of garilc peeled and chopped
450g chestnut mushrooms quartered
225g shredded dark green cabbage
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine

Heat a wok or large frying pan.
Pour in the oil then add the garlic when it Is hot.
When the gariic is golden brown keep moving It around the pan while you add the mushrooms.
Stir fry for 1 minute then add the cabbage.
After 1 minute add the soy sauce and rice wine.
Lower the heat a little cover with a lid and cook for 4 or 5 minutes till the mushrooms are tender.
