Fried meat piemontese style recipe and books

6 x 6 cm square flat pieces of the following meats:
6 small pork sausages
6 slices apple peeled and cored
6 amaretti iscuits
6 pieces sweet semolina (optional)
6 courgette flowers
6 aubergine slices

5 whole eggs beaten
dried breadcrumbs
oil for frying
lemon halves for serving
